Danielle was really rude and nasty and porvoked an altercation with me at your aldos location in Opry mills at 1:20pm. The store had no customers other than my family making purchases.
She was telling us something which I couldn't understand. I said excuse me can you repeat what you said. She said I was excused with a nasty attitude. I then proceeded to explain myself to her and let her know that her attitude was uncalled for and she repeated: I was excused, winked and smiled at me.
We asked for management and was told she was one of them. That's how management treats paying customers?
We will never buy here again. She can keep her attitude it will get her and your business very far.0

Hi,
I would like to report a terrible experience that my wife and I had with the store manager in Aldos Westfield Valley Fair Mall location in Santa Clara / San Jose, California. This incident happened on May 7 between 12:30pm and 1pm.
My family has been in the store for a good 10 minutes checking different items specifically with my wife looking at some fashion jewelries. This store manager and other store staff must have seen us but have never approached us to ask if we needed any help. All of a sudden, the manager came to my wife who at that time was trying an earring, and with a rude and unprofessional tone, said - You cannot try on the earrings per store policy and because of that, you have to buy those now! I said thats not fair because there was no visible sign within the store even in the jewelries section that says no try on or fitting allowed.
I also added that she should have at least told us when we entered the store or even during the last 10minutes that we were looking around. However, she argued that it is the store policy and customers coming into the store know that they cannot try on jewelries.
I said we will not pay for the item and she just turned away from us.
We didnt expect to be treated as such especially by the supposed to be leader of that store. Weve been a loyal Aldo customer for years.
I would like to request that you conduct the necessary investigation and I hope that a disciplinary action and a re-education on proper customer service be carried out on your store manager.
